Had a very positive experience at the surgery
The reception staff were just so helpful and understanding, they went the extra mile to help me sort an issue out. A kind word goes a long way, all staff have so much coming at them we are all still learning to live and work in a new way……just take a minute to appreciate the mountain they come into every day, they really are doing there absolute best to provide the best possible service. I and my family have always received amazing support from everyone within this practice, thank you all.
I would just like to thank the doctor who found the time to help me during what I now realise is a very busy period for your clinic. I am new to the UK and this was my first attempt at visiting a doctor and getting a prescription so the process was new to me. I was sickley for 4 days and was struggling to get a consult and a diagnosis and prescription to treat my condition. I was finally able to submitted a form on Friday 16 December to request an appointment (form submission kept closing online early each day so I missed out) and was told I would only receive a call back on Wednesday the 21st. I complained that I did not feel like that was an acceptable response to a request for treatment and, sure enough, a few hours after my complaint the doctor phoned me, gave me a quick consult and within a couple of minutes had diagnosed a chest infection and sent a script to the pharmacy for me to collect. I am now feeling a lot better and am really glad I did not have to wait until Wednesday to be seen to.
So thank you to that doctor who went out of his way to help me and get me the medication I so clearly needed. I appreciate the effort made and I am also now more aware of the immense pressures that doctors and staff are facing within the NHS at this moment and I wish you all the best and I hope you get the support that you need to carry out your critical function.

Every time I either call, message or pop in to the clinic I greatly appreciate the kind, patient and well informed help I receive. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone, whether a GP, nurse, or non medical staff.
Over the past few years we have called upon Nork clinic for many reasons, and their response has always been the same. Caring, dedicated, efficient, kind and supportive.
Hi I was a patient at Nork Clinic for a number of years and thought I was getting good care.
I since moved to another area nearby and registered with a new doctor.
My new doctor applied for my notes some 5 months ago and informed me today they still have not been forwarded to them. There are important follow on letters from specialist that haven’t been acted on or forwarded to my current doctor.
This is very seriously hampering my treatment for these problems.
It’s unbelievable that this has happened.
I have tried phoning the surgery today a number of times and got to number one in the queue only to be told to call back later they are unable to take my call.
Having now been treated by my new doctor it has shown me the terrible care I was receiving at this practice.
I recommend everyone avoid this incompetent doctor’s surgery.
