Generally appointment times are usually very good and you do not have to wait long. I have found Dr Prasad very helpful and efficient with a friendly and supportive attitude.
The reception staff work very hard and do a tremendous job under some very difficult circumstances at times.
It is sometimes difficult to get an appointment with your own GP but there are usually more Doctors available to choose from.
The Nurses at the practice are very efficient, friendly and put you at ease.
Overall this practice does a very good job and I certainly would recommend it.
