So difficult to get an appointment here, the staff on the telephones are rude and snappy! I rang for an appointment today for myself and my daughter and the woman on the phone asked me why I wanted to see the doctor and because I wouldn't tell her she said she could not offer me an appointment for today, i rang the surgery at 8:35am as everyone is told to call at 8:30am for an appointment, I thought I was doing well to get through at 8:35 and surely I could be seen really disappointed thinking of moving my family else where.
