Can't get anyone to answer the phone. After waiting in a queue of 16 for 20 minutes the line went dead when I was on number 3. I then phoned again, this time number 17 for 22 minutes, and again cut off at number 3. I phoned again to be informed they were too busy to take my call. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!

Get more staff and rectify the fault on you answering system
