It is difficult to get through on the telephone and you have to hang on forever. I managed to book the appointment online the day before. You have to queue up at a side window to be let in and there were 8 people queuing to receive attention.

Suggested improvements
Yes. Please stop the queuing at the side window, It takes ages and you get cold waiting. It puts me off coming to the doctor and I do have ongoing problems that I have put off seeking treatment because of this. Because of this I have missed a B12 injection & a diabetic blood test & check and I have lost the hearing in my left ear.

Due to the current Covid restrictions, like other GP Surgeries we are required to limit patient access for the safety of our patients and staff. we monitor the situation regularly and try wherever possible to ensure that staffing levels are at maximum capacity to prevent queuing, unfortunately due to staff absence due to isolating, this is not always possible.
