Online appointment system is very good. Telephoning the surgery to make appointments is time consuming. Obtaining repeat prescriptions is much quicker using the online system. I would like the surgery to spend more time and effort on advising patients on any preventative measures and tests available to them. They don't advise very clearly when routine testing is available or desirable. Also I would prefer the results of any such tests to be communicated to the patient directly and not rely on them contacting the receptionist at the surgery to find out the results.
