The doctors and medical staff are terrific; if you can actually get to see them The telephone system is a nightmare. If you are lucky you can get through after somewhere between 15 or 55 minutes on hold. When you do get through, the line goes dead and you have to start again, or you are told there are no appointments left that day (and they won't let you prebook one for another day). They tell you to wait until after 6.30 pm and phone NHS111 to get an out of hours appointment at Bassetlaw Hospital. Recently, whenever I've phoned there's been a pre recorded message saying "We are experiencing a high volume iof calls, please ring back later". I ring back later and get the same message! I've ended up paying to go to a private clinic as it's the only way to get treatment.

Suggested improvements
ANSWER THE PHONE! Get rid of receptionists with poor English skills as they cause extra stress when they don't understand what you are asking for.
