Collected my usual 'Rivaroxaban' medication, which I have been taking for some years, from the chemist only to find a box of 'Lansoprazole' capsules inside the package. Chemist said there was no mistake and they are on my prescription.
Will someone from Newgate Medical Centre tell me WHO authorised and prescribed this drug and added it to my ongoing medication file without me having had a review, consultation or any contact regarding my medication whatsoever?
Would same practitioner also be so good as to contact me and explain WHAT this drug is, WHAT is it for and WHY in there opinion I should now start taking it having had no problems whatsoever with my previous medication???
