Received letter informing me I needed a blood test. Rang surgery at 3pm on Wednesday to make an appointment as requested. After listening to music and repeated recorded messages for 35 min finally lost will to live and hung up! Rang Bassetlaw Hospital, phone answered immediately and was put through to Phlebotomy Dept where I discovered no appointment was required. Total time approx 35seconds.

HAVE A HUMAN BEING PICK UP THE PHONE IN A RESONABLE TIME.
