Hate having to ring surgery for anything. If you get through to the operator and put through to à receptionist you are left ages on hold waiting for them to answer the phone.

Suggested improvements
Put a new phone system in that tells you where you are in the queue when on hold. Patients could then make an informed decision whether they wanted to wait or not.
