The pleasant waiting room is spoilt by the low height of the seats which are not suitable for the elderly and disabled. It is also annoying to have a radio playing at low level in the background on a local radio station broadcasting Media that is inaudible and of no interest to most of the patients like myself. The automated telephone answering service now means that one can be kept waiting several minutes to speak to someone at greatly increased cost of the call.

Requests for appointment dealt with quickly and efficiently. Minimal waiting time for very busy practice. Dr and staff very welcoming, polite and efficient!

All the scare that has been given to me by the doctors practicing here has been excellent and could not be faulted in any way. I cannot praise this practice highly enough. The only improvement I would ask for are the chairs in the waiting room. Others have great difficultly getting out of them, could 4 higher chairs be brought in.
