The doctors are great and very helpful
However, the receptionists vary greatly from absolutely fabulous to downright rude.
I understand that they need to ascertain certain facts to do their job, but if I have expressly told them it is confidential and I don't want to discuss it with them, but with a doctor, then that should be my right and I should not be made to feel like I am being difficult, which can happen here with certain individuals.
