The staff have always been very pleasant, polite and professional. Drs Ladd and Bell are especially good, going out of their way to make you feel comfortable, exploring all the symptoms and not making your appointment feel rushed. There don't seem to be any egos amongst the staff, which hasn't always been the case at other surgeries I've been to!
