Not enough car parking spaces Booking in system broken A 30 minute delay on my appt. The Dr spent 35mins on the patient before me. An ultrasound offered but when I checked with the hospital the next day the Dr had failed to book it 24 hours later. And there was over a month delay Tried to ring the surgery the next day to change and go private to speed it up. Hung on for 30 minutes with the music etc. Tried several times to call during the afternoon bit constantly engaged. Really not great service. Probably need more staff.
