On most occasions the receptionists are very helpful. Will do their best to get you an appointment if you need one urgently. Nurses are great, again do their best to slot you in if needed. Overall compared to most surgeries, we are very lucky with service we get. If the appointment you need isn't urgent, can usually get an appointment within a maximum of 2 days.
