Reception staff always welcoming, helpful and well organised. Usually relatively easy to get an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses who are helpful and considerate and always involve me fully in any decisions regarding treatment. When referral to more specialist opinion has been needed it has usually been arranged within a reasonable time frame. A first class service all round.

On most occasions the receptionists are very helpful. Will do their best to get you an appointment if you need one urgently.
Nurses are great, again do their best to slot you in if needed.
Overall compared to most surgeries, we are very lucky with service we get. If the appointment you need isn't urgent, can usually get an appointment within a maximum of 2 days.
