Reception staff always welcoming, helpful and well organised. Usually relatively easy to get an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses who are helpful and considerate and always involve me fully in any decisions regarding treatment. When referral to more specialist opinion has been needed it has usually been arranged within a reasonable time frame. A first class service all round.
