I just tried to make an appointment on their online booking system, was informed that no appointments are available.
I phoned and managed to speak to a receptionist who finally agreed that I would need an appointment, but there are currently no appointments available.
Apparently I have to phone back tomorrow morning when the next batch of appointment slots are available and if I am lucky I might get an appointment.
