I visited New Hayesbank Surgery on Friday 18th September 2015 for an non urgent app. I have been a patient there for nearly 14yrs and have always been able to get same day emergency app, also when non urgent app was requied, for a
GP of my choice a slightly longer wait. 1 week to 10 days. That is acceptable to me.
Hayesbank Surgery and Team Hayesbank should be a Template for all other Surgery's.
