New Hayesbank has always met my needs as a patient. The staff are receptive and understanding and the appointment system has worked well. However, recently it has been very difficult to contact the surgery all morning as their phone system has been consistently engaged or left in a queue for long periods of time. I am aware this may be a seasonal blip but on two occasions I have had to personally visit the surgery to book an appointment. Please don't spoil a good service and resolve this issue.
