I am a new patient. I tried to call them as they're supposedly open late on a Monday, but strangely the telephone wizard said to call back when they are open!!! I called in personally as I wanted to check if they were open late. The receptionist was most unhelpful! I asked for an appointment she said I would have to wait 3 weeks!!!! Then told me I could call the next day and maybe a Doctor would talk to me to verify if I they should see me!!! OMG!!! Then she proceeded to tell me how many patients they have to service. Like someone said earlier!! Why should I have to suffer for their greed!!! To make more money at the patients expense!! This is a ridiculous organisation!! I will be looking for another Doctor!! Any recommendations please? I've not even seen anyone there and I want to leave!!!!! It's a joke!!!!
