Absolute disgrace!!! I agree with HP comments.
Also, the admin team behave as if they are qualified medical professionals requesting discussions of personal sensitive details in open reception and commenting on decisions of a clinical nature.
Some of the better doctors I’ve seen in the past have been excellent but have now left. I wonder why??? Hmmm?
Probably because the standard of care administered is way below NHS standards?
Anyway safe yourself the trouble and find register with another surgery!
