I made an appointment to see a doctor at New Hayesbank Surgery last month, having not attended for 10 years. I saw a female doctor who was ungracious, offhand, unhelpful and rude. I got the impression that she didn't believe what I was telling her and I was told "I AM running late you know" - no, I didn't know and it was only 09.30! I eventually got the result I wanted but, having arrived at the surgery with some apprehension, I left hoping that it will be at least another 10 years before I need to return.
