When I was still able to attend the surgery it was always clean and well appointed.
The reception staff are always polite and helpful and I fell completely confident in asking them to pass on a message to my doctor.
I use the electronic drug ordering system and have always found the prescription clerks to be helpful and efficient.
I would have no hesitation in recommending either Dr McWilliams and New Dover Road surgery (and have on 2 occasions) because in every aspect of their work, care of me (the patient) is central and all are willing to "go the extra mile"
