Tell you to use their online service because they’re understaffed (STILL, an ongoing problem for the last year +, sort it out - people’s health is at risk!) They then reduce the amount of time you can use the online request to 6am-12pm. Today they close the service down as I was typing at around 09:20. There was no notice they’d close it early on Tuesday 24th May.

Suggested improvements
Be available for patients to get in touch or to make queries / appointments. They clearly can’t deal with the work load - consistently blaming the high volume of requests - which it has been like this BEFORE Covid, so poor excuse. Sort it out.
