Dr. Lacy is almost the only bright spark at this surgery. The reception staff are surly, unhelpful and look angry all the time. Nurse Sandy Wilson is efficient and helpful. Dr. Bollam has completely put me off this surgery and I will be enrolling with the other surgery in Letchworth as soon as I can.
