I have been a patient at the Murray surgery for nearly 50 years and until recently I alway believed it was the best surgery in East Kilbride. However, recently my opinion has totally changed.
I had the misfortune of being very ill recently and when I contacted surgery was told no doctor was on call (at around 4pm on a Friday afternoon )just dial 999 by a receptionist I was advised to report this incident by a medic involved in my care.
I do not waste doctors time with trivial things but I feel so let down.
I think someone, somewhere has to take a serious look into the running of the surgery.
It does not make me feel good writing this review.
