I have been with the Murray surgery for many years.
But recently on several occasions I have found the reception staff rude, discussing issues in view of others of a delicate nature..brushing you off regardless of how busy or not busy the surgery is.
Extremely dismissive over the phone.
Losing prescription handed in at appropriate times and instead of helping while you are there making you return a day later. Making patients feel extreme low.
I have been both on the receiving end of this and witness to this on multiple occasions.
The surgery has a bad name all round now and is rarely discussed in good terms anymore.
