NHS consultant for 35 years and first contact with the practice, as a patent, at the turn of the year. The staff have been understanding and helpful (at a time of great pressure) as I navigate Primary Care and Pharmacy Services for the first time.
Modern technology has been embraced to facilitate patient services but the human touch has been exceptional.
