Used the telephone line for repeat prescriptions. Arrived at the surgery to collect the prescription only to be told it had been declined because it was too early, it was approximately two weeks early due to going on holiday. They could not get a prescription signed and said they would ' try for the next day'. This is not acceptable as I, as I'm sure many others do work and find it very difficult to collect prescriptions during normal surgery hours.
The receptionist was surprised that someone would be on holiday and need a prescription a few weeks early.
