The doctors at this surgery are generally reasonable but they do not have enough time per patient and are not great at actually listening no matter how concise and prepared one tries to be for them. One nurse in particular is always dismissive, rude and abrupt, particularly to men, but most of the others are considerate and caring. On the phone the reception staff are OK but in person at the surgery they can barely conceal their contempt for patients. They will openly tell you that they don't want to speak to you. I really don't know whether this place is better or worse than other surgeries. Maybe this demoralising experience is commonplace.
