Holding in the telephone queue for over 40 minutes and e-consult on website not working. Constantly being advised that they have no appointments and to call back after 4.30pm only to be holding on the phone for up to 50 minutes. Better to call 111 you will get a better response.

Make it easier for patients to contact the surgery and actually get an appointment
