The practice suffers from poor management. GPs do not stay up to date on medical issues. The team are friendly but overworked. Its an all-male senior team and very arrogant as a consequence. Unable to listen to patients.
Suggested improvements
More female Doctors on the senior team please. Or GPs who take people seriously and don't dismiss them with somatic issues.
