I can only speak for myself , the treatment / service I have received has been of the highest standard and the reception staff are really helpful and polite and professional.
The one's that complain should maybe take a look at their attitudes and approach to the receptionist before they start ridiculing others.
Thank you Dr.Devlin and Dr.McNeice for all your care .
