I would like to say what wonderful care I was given by the nurse, Kate Cochran at Monks Park Surgery in Horfield, Bristol on my visit last week. I went to her for a smear test and she was very understanding when I discussed how painful I found them. She took her time and didn't hurry like other nurses have previously and she actually looked into (and is still investigating) the cause of my pain which nobody has done previously either. If a straightforward procedure causes pain then it should be looked into - not assumed that the patient is overreacting - and she did this for me. Thank you Karen, you listened to me and I really appreciate it. I hope she gets to see this feedback as she needs to know what a great job she's doing.
