Steer clear if you have any other options AT ALL! This surgery couldn't make more of an effort to be LESS helpful. The receptionists Im pretty sure have been trained to be as generic and un flexible as they can manage. I might as well talk to a brick wall and get more sense! The generic answer to everything is no. They missed my partner who was nearly dying, he had to have a stroke before they paid any attention to his complaints! Trying to get an appointment couldn't be more difficult unless you are unemployed or retired, you have next to no chance! That's only when you actually get through. I do not recommend this surgery if my life depended on it. Which, is a shame. As its surgeries like this that are adding to the stress and over population of local A&E departments!
