-Booking an appointment could be improved. It took 3 days of ringing at 8:30 am for ten minutes at a time to finally get an appointment with a female doctor. I must have dialled the number 60 times over the course of those three mornings only to be told after finally getting through that there were no appointments left. As a primary school teacher I needed to get colleagues to cover me.
