1. Improvements:
When i telephone for an appointment it would be good to be in a 'qwerty' straight away and let me know here I am in the queue.
2. Good care:
He always explains exactly what the tablet is why he is giving it to me an dhow he expect the treatment to pan out over the weeks. This has been true when I have had depression and with my thyroid problems. Overall - first rate.
