I am extremely grateful to come here.
Doctors are happy to help and explain everything.
Suggested improvements
Referral process and waiting lists are long. I think it would be an improved patient journey to chase outstanding referrals after a certain time frame and update the patient.

Have had very good service recently with a number of health issues. Prompt call back from doctor reception helpful.
