Reception - clean/ tidy/ smells fresh
- staff - smile & welcoming (even when v. busy)
I like the nurse practitioner service if not necessary to see doctor as can always refer you.
Nurses - all professional & friendly
Doctor - clear speaking when explaining detailed information
