The appointment was on time, the receptionist was very helpful when I asked about an inoculation also the nurse recommended blood pressure check. Everyone was professional and lovely.

Reception staff welcoming and friendly, give good advice. Really helpful always manage to get an appointment within a day or two, or speak with doctor via phone. GP listens to me, he is very thorough in assessment willing to refer on, I feel confident in the decisions he makes. I am able to ask questions, I can have lots of my other health care needs met here eg cervical screening blood tests, scans etc. I have a say in the care I receive.

Nothing whatsoever could be improved. The care show from Christina, the nurse was amazing. A fantastic priceless asset to the team. She was very thorough, professional and understanding. I thoroughly recommend her. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She treat you with respect, dignity and compassion.
