The doctors are very busy but still have time for you. Not sure about new triage system for making appointments. Was told doc would be back between 5 and 6. She rang much earlier and I missed her.

Seen on time without appointment, walk in clinic. No problem looking further investigation blood test etc. Doctors and other staff a hundred percent satisfactory attention much appreciated.

Seen very quickly and additional tests were carried out straight away on site (ECG and bloods). Can't speak highly enough of the quality of care we get from NHS having lived elsewhere I know how lucky we are to have it!

Since having the new system where the receptionists takes the call and they get the doctor to ring. This is an excellent service. I have quite a few calls from the doctor and if I have had to come in to see the doctor I have never had to wait very long. I found doctors and all the staff very friendly, very efficient and professional.It is an excellent service.
