I have been a patient of Dr Marshall from the age of 7 years old. I have seen many changes over the years. I have a very good relationship with Dr Sheerees and Dr Roady, who are both excellent. I am not in favor of the telephone triage system. I do think an alternative to this is needed, reception needs improving!! Chris the nurse practitioner is the best.

Usually easy to get an appointment. Great access to bolt-on services such as physio and ultrasound. Blood test appointment was slow recently - had to wait 2 weeks and I was already anaemic. Nice staff, clean, bright premises, good location.

I received fantastic care at this surgery from the doctors, receptionists, nurses - everyone. All staff are helpful, supportive and caring. I am extremely grateful to them all for the care they provide. Thank you very much. I get seen quickly. I can get specialized things done here like easy ringing (scans etc) brilliant.

The ability to get an appt fairly quickly - or have a triage call is good. However, I was in a situation where I missed a 7 p.m triage call from the doctor and then had to start the process over again. The walk-in facility is a good option.

I always find the GP listens to what I feel I need and respond in a very professional, friendly way.
