Attentive - ease of getting an appointment.
The only improvement I can suggest (and you may not be to do anything about) the 48 hour wait for repeat scripts.

The reception are always helpful and polite.
The walk in surgeries are very good as I work and can't always attend an appointment.
The doctors are kind as well as the nurse.
