Yes, everything was fine here. The nurse who was very good and friendly and the receptionist. I am glad to come here, it is very homely as well.

Mocketts Wood run an excellent service, friendly, helpful and most important, they put patient's care first. I think they should be a model for other surgery to see how to run a doctors surgery. I'm grateful to be able to come to Mocketts Wood.

I frequently had that my repeat prescription is not ready to pick up, even though I submit it in good time (7 days) and call in to pick it up 3-5 days before it runs out, leading to unnecessary trips to the surgery and frustration on my part.
