My doctor has been most caring, efficient, understanding and always makes time to listen. The surgery is clean, comfortable and very efficient with a helpful, friendly reception. The walk in surgeries have proved to be an excellent addition to the service. The nursing support has been very impressive. The administration and reception has been a breath of fresh air compared to my previous experience with the Broadway Practice.
A wider scope of services which can be provided from this surgery resulting in less dependence on Margate Hospital would be of benefit e.g. scans, ecg's etc. All in all, very happy with our doctors and the surgery in general.
