I have been extremely impressed by the caring, sensitive 'all inclusive' professional help provided by the surgery doctors, nurses, physiotherapist et al. In my own case Dr Reddy and Dr Sree deserve singling out for their positive approach and expertise. Receptionists, equally, have been found to be very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and discrete. Walk-in surgeries and are particularly convenient as is internet booking of appointments and repeat prescriptions. My only reservation may be the lack of privacy at reception when describing the personal issue involved.
