Dr's talk at you or over, pressurising having ten minutes only, four Dr's on the same day can make different decisions on the day, do not care about certain issues, one Dr is rude, things do not get followed up, cannot get appointments, nothing gets explained and do not work with patient, constantly office errors, when your face does not fit the establishment they all start on you making you feel uncomfortable and hoping you will join a new surgery. Been asked by a Dr if I would, medical problems getting not follow through and forgotten. Asking patient how to improve between staff and patient but do not stick to plan and blaming patient,making you feel worthless but a common problem in England in surgeries.Dr's are no Dr's anymore.
Suggested improvements
Start with basic and stick to it, would help to listen. Dr's should work with patients and they should not make you feel they above the patients.
