I am extremely pleased with the treatment I receive at Mocketts Wood. I have a long term health condition and I always feel I am treated as an individual whenever I visit the surgery. I usually see Dr Reddy who is a very good GP, very thorough and both helpful and caring, which are excellent attributes for a Doctor to possess. I have also seen Dr Shree who is also an excellent GP.
The nurses and receptionists are helpful and I always manage to get to see a Doctor or practice nurse whenever I need to. The walk-in clinics are such a good idea and so is the online service for ordering repeat prescriptions.
