Always get an appointment when needed, even at every short notice for my baby. Friendly, professional staff, good feeling/relaxed atmosphere about the place. Excellent reception staff, calm, professional and helpful. We moved from a different surgery in the area to this one and find this one significantly better. Doc and nurse practitioner always listen and reassure when I have concerns (e.g during say if concerned to care back e.g if baby has rash. Re this visit. Dr Sheeraz always listens, reassures and doesn't dismiss concerns. Happy with today appt and outcome.
